We had a solid experience at this hotel while doing the Komodo tour. The staff was incredibly helpful, and we appreciated the organized transportation during our stay. However, the bathroom could use some improvements, especially with the shower water pressure. Overall, it was a good value, especially for the tours and included meals.

I had a nice stay at this hotel, enjoying the clean rooms and the help from Veronica and her husband. The outdoor bathroom was unique and the breakfast was simple but satisfying. However, the lack of mosquito nets and Wi-Fi, along with its distance from downtown, made things a bit challenging. The overpriced boat tour left much to be desired in terms of cleanliness.
